MIDC/CP/A42501/2016 dated 08/02/2016 vide which all the SPA’s were directed that all building permissions shall be processed only through web-based software solution (Auto DCR) integrated with Single Window Clearance and no proposal shall be accepted manually.

1) To provide architectural services by MIDC approved Architect for getting MIDC Provisional Fire NOC and MIDC building plan approval for factory premises

 

2) To prepare Architectural  drawings as per MIDC Format required for  Building Approval purpose at MIDC and Fire Dept.

 

 3) To get     Drawing Conversion at  AutoDCR 

 

4) To submit online application for AutoDCR- Building & Fire Approval Integrated with SWC

 

7) To get Scrutiny By Central Scrutiny Team for Building & Fire Approval.

 

8) To submit fire protection scheme to Fire Dept. and attend queries.

 

9) To get Provisional Fire NOC from MIDC Fire Dept.

 

10) To get DOCUMENTS VALIDATION & BUILDING PLAN SCRUTINY Documents Verification and Compliance and attend queries at Competent Authority

 

11) To get Building Plan  approval by Competent Authority

 

Product Details:

To give Technical Services To get  Consent to Establish / Operate form MPCB

1. To visit site

 

2. To study the existing activity at the site

 

3. To study details of operations, pollutants and the quantity and means of disposal.

 

4. To collect the necessary data for  preparing application of MPCB Consent

 

5. To refer to Environment Protection Acts and Rules and EIA Notification  advise  DOW and prepare data as required at application of MPCB Consent.

 

6. To apply on-line for MPCB Consent

 

7. To attend and assist in technical discussions with MPCB for their clarification regarding Consent Application

 

8. To get  MPCB Consent to Establish/ operate from MPCB as mentioned above.

 

Note: Consent to Establish in case of proposed unit as fist step. Then Construct factory, implement consent to establish conditions and apply and get Consent to operate.
